Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 20 days for a refund or exchange providing merchandise is in original packaging and is in resalable condition.
Please call (800) 423-4712 for a return authorization.
A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
No returns on special order items, international shipments, or items purchased for hurricanes or other emergency situations.
The original shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
If the error is our fault (wrong item, defective, etc.) we will pay return shipping charges.
